Canadian singer/songwriter Avril Lavigne returns with her most ambitious and affecting work for her fourth full-length. Following 2007's 'The Best Damn Thing', 'Goodbye Lullaby' was recorded in Lavigne's home studio, with the star producing two of the tracks - '4 Real' and 'Goodbye' - herself. Touching on heartfelt issues and emotions, 'Goodbye Lullaby' also shows off Lavigne's vocal talent with stripped back instrumentation on what is a sumptuous record.
