Previously the preserve of young teenagers and hard rock fans, Nickelback have managed to propel themselves into the mainstream, capitalising on their success with 'Dark Horse'. The band's 2008 single 'Rock Star' afforded the band renewed public interest, and the tracks on this release aim to continue this trend - albeit with more adult undercurrents and subject matter. The anthemic single 'Gotta Be Somebody' is also featured.
